Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Canada

• All orders $75 or more are free and will not be charged
• All orders with 1 - 2 items will be charged a flat rate fee of $9.99
• All orders with more than 3 items will be charged a flat rate of $12.99 - $15.99 

 All book box orders will be charged a flat rate fee of $10 unless otherwise stated by Noir Books

United States 

• Additional charges may occur for US shippings due to tariffs. Estimated time, taxes and shipping chargers will be calculated at checkout. Customers may be charged additional fees upon delivery due to tariffs.

Damages

Noir Books is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
